Shipping Options & Policies
We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service.
Shipping Charges to the U.S. may not include: applicable local taxes, duties, or brokerage fees (Sent by Canada Post).
Standard Delivery Times:

Delivery times to the U.S. can be unpredictable due to rigid border security and we caution you to be patient. Generally orders arrive in a reasonable amount of time (3-4 weeks), but if not, we will investigate.
If you need to track your shipment, please refer to your order number on your Order Receipt. Please call us toll free 1-877-366-3437 or e-mail us at support@foodsmiths.com with your request and we will respond with a status report as soon as possible.
SAVE ON SHIPPING!
On orders totaling $50 CDN or more (before any applicable taxes), 50% of the shipping charges will be deducted off our regular shipping rate up to a maximum discount of $5.
On orders totaling $100 CDN (before any applicable taxes), we cover the cost of shipping up to $10. In the rare case that shipping is more than $10, you just pay the difference. In fact, we'll credit you up to $10 towards shipping costs for every $100 you order. See examples in the chart below.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated according to the product’s weight and the shipping destination. You will see your shipping total, with any applicable discount, in your checkout total.

International Shipments and Air Shipments to Remote Regions in Canada & U.S.
Shipping will be calculated once we receive your order and location. You will receive an e-mail with the total owing, including shipping charges, before we ship to you. Customers outside of Canada and the U.S. can pay by sending us an International Money Order for the total or use our PayPal account button, which appears as a link in our Total Amount Owing e-mail.
Canadian and U.S. remote and air shipment customers can pay with VISA, Mastercard, or using PayPal. There will be a link for you to make your payment in the e-mail with total charges that we send you.
We will ship your order once payment is verified.
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Back Orders
If we are out of stock of any product(s) which you order, we will hold the order up to 5 business days if we expect the out of stock item(s) to arrive within that time. If it is not expected to arrive, we will ship the products that we have in stock to you and only charge you for those products plus your full applicable shipping charge.
The remaining product(s) that were out of stock will be shipped when they arrive, with no added shipping charges. We will notify you when we are shipping the remaining item(s) and will then charge your credit card for this item(s).
