Ingredients

1 pkg Hayter's ground turkey, thawed

1 garlic clove, minced

1 egg

3 green onions, finely chopped

3/4 c bread crumbs

1 c long grain white rice (from the bulk bins)

1 green pepper

1 red pepper

1 tbsp oil

Directions
Meatballs
Combine the ingredients and shape into meatballs, about 2 tbsp each. Makes about 24 small meatballs.
Place onto a parchment lined pan and bake at 375° for about 15 minutes.
When they come out of the oven place into an oven safe dish, pour about 3/4 c of Hoisin sauce over the meatballs, stir to combine.
Place back in the oven for 10-15 minutes to heat through.
Rice
Cook according to the directions. You can start the rice when you put the meatballs in the oven.
Vegetables
Heat the oil, add the vegetables, sauté until tender.
