Ingredients

1 pizza dough (from freezer)

1-1 1/2 shredded gouda (I used mild)

1 cup sliced onion, sauteed until soft

1 cup baby spinach

Pillers pepperoni (I used turkey)

Eggs

Salt & pepper
Directions
Rool out dough. Place on pizza pan with cheese. Layer with pepperoni, spinach and onions.
Make slight indentations on the top. Crack an eggs into indentations.
Bake at 450 degrees until eggs are set - 15 - 20 mins. If you like eggs cooked differently you could do different pizzas. Watch eggs closely for the last few minutes, to make sure they are not overdone.
