Simply delicious chocolate caramel salted pecans that are ready in minutes and guaranteed to impress.

Ingredients
-
1 bar Lily’s 70% Dark Chocolate - Salted or unsalted
-
1 box of Jewels Under the Kilt Pecans - Salted Caramel

1 tbsp Coconut Oil - I used Nutiva
Directions
Break apart chocolate bar and coconut oil to bowl then put into microwave save bowl.
Melt together in microwave (or on the stove) until smooth. (45-60 seconds)
Empty pecans into bowl with melted coating and roll them in the mixture.
Place them one by one on a cookie sheet then freeze for 2 hours.
May be kept frozen for us to 2 weeks.
