Cranberry Coconut Squares

These squares are a little tart and a little sweet. A nice addition to a tray of Christmas treats.
Ingredients

1 c butter

1 c brown sugar

1 2/3 c flour

1 c brown sugar

2 tbsp flour

4 eggs

1 c sweetened coconut

1-1 1/2 c fresh cranberries

Directions
Mix all base ingredients in a stand mixer until the dough holds together. Press into a 9x13" parchment paper lined pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
To make the topping, mix the brown sugar and flour. Add the eggs and coconut. Stir until mixed.
Pour over the partially baked crust.
Place the cranberries evenly over the filling.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until set when you shake the pan. Let cool and cut.
