Pumpkin chocolate chip dessert heaven in a donut! These gluten free/keto friendly pumpkin donuts are made with coconut flour, topped with sea salt and dipped in chocolate. A healthier baked donut recipe that is perfectly for the Pumpkin spice and Chocolate lover combined.
Ingredients

1 cup (250g) pumpkin puree

3 eggs

¾ cup coconut flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon cloves

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ cup monk fruit sweetener or coconut sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

¼ cup Pure Foods chocolate chips

¼ cup Pure Foods chocolate chips

1 teaspoon coconut oil
-
Handfull of pumpkin seeds

Sea salt

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350F/ 160C (fan forced) and grease a donut pan with oil spray.
Add in the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves and mix until smooth and creamy with no clumps. Then mix in your chocolate chips.
Spoon batter into donut pans then bake in the oven for 25-27 minutes or until ready.
Allow the donuts to cool for a few then gently remove.
Add the chocolate chips. and coconut oil into microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds (may need a few seconds longer).
Dip the donuts in the chocolate sauce, sprinkle sea salt and pumpkin seeds.
Let cool in the fridge and enjoy.
