Ingredients

2 pkg Mini Gnocchi

2 tbsp butter

1 garlic clove minced

1 1/2 c milk

1 1/2 tbsp flour

1 cup cheddar cheese

1 tsp dijon mustard

salt and pepper
Directions
Melt the butter, add the garlic, add the flour and stir for 1-2 minutes.
Slowly whisk in the milk and dijon and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add the cheese and stir until melted.
Cook the gnocchi in boiling water for about 2 minutes or until it floats to the surface.
Drain, and stir into the cheese sauce, then place into a greased baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
Recipe Note
Serve with a Salad Kit and a toasted baguette.
