Harissa ChickPeas with Couscous and Greens

Easy to make meal for under $20.
Ingredients

1 tbsp oil

1 small onion, diced
-
1 jar Ilios Chickpeas, drained

1 jar Al'fez Harissa Sauce
-
1 tbsp oil
-
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
-
1 container baby Spinach or one bunch of kale
-
salt and pepper
-
squeeze of lemon juice
-
1 c couscous
-
1 1/2 c boiling water
Directions
Heat the oil, add the onion and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the chickpeas and harissa sauce. If it seems too thick add some water.
Heat the oil, add the garlic, then the spinach. Cook until wilted.
Pour the boiling water over the couscous, cover with plastic wrap or a tight fitting lid for 5 minutes.
Uncover and fluff with a fork.
Drizzle with sour cream if desired.
