Lobster and corn is a very traditional combination.

Ingredients

Pizza dough, pre-made or stretched to size
-
Pizza sauce (spicy is a nice choice)
-
meat from 1 frozen, cooked lobster, thawed, shell removed and cut into chunks
-
thinly sliced onion
-
cooked corn
-
sliced brie cheese
-
chopped chives
Directions
Heat your oven or barbecue. Top the pizza dough with the sauce. Place the sliced brie over the sauce. Arrange the onions, corn and lobster on top. Bake until done. Top with the chives.
