Pear and Brie Naan Flatbread

A delightful appetizer, especially with a nice rosé wine. We enjoyed it drizzled with hot honey (recipe below).
Ingredients

1 pkg garlic Naan

olive oil

thinly sliced red onion

sliced Brie
-
1 large or 2 small Bosc pears sliced

arugula
-
hot honey (optional)

1 c honey
-
3 tbsp chili flakes
-
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Hot Honey
Directions
Place the naan on a parchment lined baking pan. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Brush the Naan with olive oil. Place sliced onion on top. Arrange the Brie, then the pear slices on the Naan. Bake for 15 minutes or until the bottom is crispy.
Top with chopped arugula, then drizzle with Hot Honey or Balsamic Glaze. Slice and enjoy.
Hot Honey
Gently heat the honey and chili flakes for 1-2 minutes. Do not boil. Remove and let infuse for at least 5 minutes. Add the apple cider vinegar. If you want you can strain to remove the chili flakes. This is great drizzled on top of pizza, or roasted vegetables.
