Easy to make meal for under $25.
Ingredients

1 tbsp oil

2 garlic cloves, chopped

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

2 large carrots, thinly sliced

2 c shredded cabbage
-
1 green pepper, sliced
-
1 c mushrooms, sliced
-
2 tbsp water or broth
-
2 c fresh bean sprouts
-
1 pkg Blue Dragon Stir Fry Sauce

1 c rice, cooked
Directions
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet, add garlic, cook for a few seconds.
Then add onions, carrots, cabbage,green pepper and broth.
Cook about 3-5 minutes until tender crisp.
Add the sauce mix, heat through.
Add the sprouts, cook for 1-2 minutes.
Serve over cooked rice.
