Foodsmiths Cooking Instructions: Bulk Frozen Baked Goods


Cinnamon Buns                                                                

Directions:  Place close together in a baking dish and let thaw 1-2 hours or overnight in refrigerator.  Let rise in a warm place up to 1 hour (until double in size).  Bake 10-15 minutes in a 350°F (180°C) oven or until golden brown.

Butter Croissants                                                           

Directions:  Thaw overnight in refrigerator or at room temperature for 1-2 hours.  Let rise in a warm place up to 1 hour (until double in size).  Bake 10-15 minutes in a 350°F (180°C) oven or until golden brown

Puff Pastry                                                            

Directions: Thaw overnight in a refrigerator or at room temperature for 1-2 hours.  Let rise in a warm place up to 1 hour (until double in size).  Bake 10-15 minutes in a 350°F (180°C) oven or until golden brown.

Scones                                                           

Directions: Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Place scones on parchment paper lined sheet pan. Place on middle rack of oven. Bake until golden brown, approximately 25 minutes.
