Recipe: Peppermint Clouds

This easy, yummy, and colourful recipe makes a pretty confection that is perfect for gift-giving, school bake sales, pot-lucking, or whenever you want a delicious dessert that looks like a million bucks, but takes no time at all!
You will need:
- 4 x 100g Ritters White Chocolate Hazel Nut Bars
- ¼ cup roasted pistachios
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ½ bag Dandies All Natural Peppermint marshmallows
- A few pistachios and cranberries to garnish
Chop Ritters bars into pieces, place in microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Remove and stir. Continue microwaving in 1-minute intervals, stirring after each time, until bars are melted. Add marshmallows, pistachios, & cranberries to chocolate, stir well. Spread into a parchment paper lined loaf pan. Sprinkle a few pistachios and cranberries across the top to add even more eye appeal. Put in the fridge until set, then slice with a sharp knife. You can also make this recipe into individual clusters by dropping spoonfuls into mini muffin cups.
