2 mashed bananas
1/4 cup African Bronze Honey
1/3 cup coconut oil
2 eggs
1-1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup tart sweet cherries
1/4 cup cranberries
1/3 cup sweetened coconut
1/3 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup undsalted sunflower seeds
1/4 cup unsalted pumpkin seeds
