Recipe: Versatile Chia Puddings

Easily add chia to your diet with these two delicious, super easy and health-conscious recipes!

Breakfast Chia

You will need...

1 cup Cashew or Almond milk
3 tablespoons Chia seeds
3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut
1 tsp Agave syrup
Pinch  of each cinnamon and cardamom


Put it together...

Put all ingredients into a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake it up. Put the jar in the fridge to set for about an hour. Give the jar a shake a couple of times over the hour. Put some of the chia mixture into a bowl then dress it up a little, my suggestions are sprinkle some chopped walnuts as well as your favorite fruits (orange segments, pineapple, or berries).

This breakfast chia is great warm or cold.

 


Mocha Dessert Chia

You will need...

1 scoop Mocha Flavoured Vega
1 cup cashew or almond milk
3 tablespoons chia seeds
3 tablespoons cacao nibs

 

Put it together...

Put all ingredients into a jar with a tight fitting lid. Give the jar a good shake. Put the jar in the fridge for an hour or so giving the jar a shake twice in the first hour. We are now ready to get fancy with our “mochachia” Put some mochachia into a pretty little dish, sprinkle a few pecan pieces on the top. Grate a little Vega Maca Chocolate bar over the chia to push this dessert right over the top.
