This simple baked brie, with a fancy heart flourish if you like, was just delicious! We enjoyed it very much.
Baked Brie with a Baguette

This is such a nice way to start off a romantic meal.

Ingredients

Brie (small round)

Red jam or jelly
Directions
Cut about 1/3 off of the top of the Brie. Lift off and using a heart shaped cookie cutter, cut out the centre. Spread the jam over the bottom but not all the way to the edges, lay the top back on.
Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes.
Serve warm with sliced pear, pecans and toasted baguette.
