pizza crust

pizza sauce mixed with barbecue sauce

grated cheddar
-
leftover sliced or diced chicken tossed with barbecue sauce

thinly sliced red onion

1 cup corn kernels
-
diced roasted red pepper
-
chopped cilantro for garnish
Directions
Heat your oven or barbecue with a pizza stone.
Stretch the pizza dough to the desired size. Top with the pizza/ barbecue sauce.
Spread the grated cheddar over the sauce. Add the chicken, then red onion, corn and roasted red pepper.
Place on the pizza stone and bake for about 10 minutes or until the crust is browned and crispy on the bottom. Top with cilantro before serving.
Recipe Note
TIP:
I always assemble my pizza on parchment paper with a little oil on it
and grill or bake for 5 minutes then slide the pizza off of the
parchment paper. This starts the baking of the crust without sticking
to the stone.
