Barbecue Whole Potatoes

Ingredients

As many potatoes as you need for the people you are feeding

Thinly sliced onion

Small slices of butter, garlic or flavoured butter is nice

Salt and pepper

Small squares of foil
Directions
Place your potatoes between 2 wooden spoons and cut 3 or 4 slices. The spoons will prevent you from cutting right through. Place onion and butter into each slit. Season with salt and pepper.
Wrap in foil and barbecue, turning a quarter turn every 7 minutes for approximately 35 minutes, or until soft when squeezed.
