Makes (2) 12" thin crusts or (1) 12" thick crust.
Cathy favours 00 Pizza and Pasta Flour for making pizza dough. "The 00 is a finely ground flour and makes a great textured dough. We like a thin crust pizza so this recipe makes 2 pizza crusts for us, but if you like it thicker, it makes 1."
Ingredients
Medium 1 1/2 LB
- 1 cup water (27°C - 32°C)
- ¾ tsp honey or sugar
- 1½ tsp sea salt
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- 3⅓ cups 00 Pizza and Pasta flour from our Bulk Bins
- 1¾ tsp instant yeast
Directions
- Place ingredients in bread machine pan in order listed. Select "DOUGH" function and dough size (1½ LB). Press start. When complete remove dough and roll out or press to fit your pizza pan.
