Christmas is fast approaching, let the Christmas baking begin!
Ingredients

1 c butter, room temperature

1 1/4 c sugar

2 eggs
-
2 3/4 c flour

2 tsp cream of tartar

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

2 1/2 tsp chai spice

1 1/2 tbsp sugar

2 tsp chai spice

2 tsp cinnamon
-
2 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 1/4 tsp ground ginger

1 1/4 tsp ground cardamom

1/2 tsp allspice
Chai Snickerdoodles
Chai Spice Mixture
Directions
Snickerdoodles
Cream the butter and sugar. Add the eggs and mix well.
Combine the dry ingredients and stir into the butter mixture.
Combine the sugar, chai spice and cinnamon.
Roll 2 tablespoons of dough into balls.
Dip into the sugar mixture to coat all sides.
Place 2" apart on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
Chai Spice Mixture
Combine in a small bowl.
