This is a nice variation for meatballs. You could use ground beef as well. Can be served with a tomato sauce over rice, with some vegetables as a side.
Ingredients

1 pkg ground turkey

1 tbsp each of fresh dill or mint, fresh oregano and fresh italian parsley (if using dried then 1 tsp of each)

1/4 c breadcrumbs

1 egg, lightly beaten

zest from 1 lemon

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 garlic cloves

salt and pepper

3 oz of feta, cut into small cubes
Directions
Combine the ingredients, scoop out 1 1/2 tbsp of the mixture.
Flatten out, place the cube of feta in the center.
Roll into a ball, covering the feta.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
Serve with rice, salad and tzatziki, or with a tomato sauce
