Ginger and Chocolate Shortbread

These delicious cookies will sure having you wanting more then just one!
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups flour

1/4 cup cornstarch

1/8 tsp salt

1/4 cup chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate

1/4 cup chopped candied ginger (you can find it in our bulk section)

1 cup butter, room temperature

1/2 cup icing sugar

1/4 cup chocolate, melted
Directions
Combine dry ingredients with chocolate and ginger
Cream butter and icing sugar until fluffy. Stir in the flour misture
Scoop onto tray. Small cookie scoop (aprox. 1 tbsp)
Flatten, bake at 325 degrees until golden brown, about 20 min
Let cool. Drizzle with melted chocolate
