Greek Inspired Turkey Burgers
1 pkg Hayter’s ground turkey
1/4c. olives finely chopped
1/4c. red onion finely chopped
1/4c. roasted red pepper chopped
1 clove garlic finely chopped
1/2c. crumbled feta
2 tbsp fresh mint, or dill
salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients together and form 4 burger patties.
Place on parchment paper and place in the freezer for at least 1/2 hour to firm up the patties.
Grill the burger patties on the barbecue for about 10 minutes or until fully cooked. (165°)
Top with the Red Pepper Feta Sauce and any other toppings you like.
We used sliced red onion, tomatoes, arugula and dijon mustard, and oven fries as a side.
These burgers were juicy and tasty! You could substitute ground beef, if desired.
