Greek Tofu Steak
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp each chopped fresh oregano, rosemary and garlic
Salt & pepper
1 pkg extra firm tofu (slice into 4 thin slices)
Combine marinade ingredients, place tofu in marinade, spoon some over top and cover.
Marinate 1 - 24 hours, turn over a couple of times.
Grill over medium high heat about 3 mins per side.
Great served with a salad, would also be good on a sandwich or used as a burger with tzatiki.
