Grilled Chicken Thighs with Rosemary Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp grainy mustard

1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

1 1//2 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp honey
-
3/4 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped

4-6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

salt and pepper
Directions
Whisk mustards, lemon juice, honey and rosemary, set aside.
Salt and pepper the chicken. Place on a greased grill for 8 minutes. Brush with the mustard mixture. Turn once, cook for another 2-4 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165.
Let sit for 5 minutes.
We served this with grilled asparagus, rice and cherry tomatoes. We so enjoy chicken thighs, they remain juicy and have so much flavour!
