Directions
Grilled Chop Spice Rub
Turn on grill and preheat for overall grill temperature at medium-high heat (400 degrees F).
Mix all Rub ingredients in small bowl. Season the pork chops on all sides with and press the dry rub into the meat.
Sear on grill for 2-3 minutes per side. Keep a close eye on meat, as you don’t want the rub to burn.
Return the chops to the indirect heat side and continue to cook them until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
As soon as your meat reaches the correct internal temperature, remove them from the grill and let them rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving. This will help stop the cooking process and redistribute the juices through the meat.
*You can substitute Pork for any meat you prefer.
