Hardy Family - Roasted Potato Rub
Ingredients
Roasted Potato Rub
- Sprinkle of Paprika
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Thyme Leaves
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
Directions
Roasted Potatoes with Rub
Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Set aside.
Cut 2 lbs of potatoes in half and drizzle 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Sprinkle seasoning mixture over potatoes in large bowl. Toss to coat well. Spread potatoes in single layer on foil-lined baking pan.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
