Appetizer
This is a savoury main dish for a casual appetizer with a good white wine.

Ingredients

1 200g wheel of Brie

1 1/2 tbsp chopped fresh thyme

1/4 tsp pepper

2 tbsp honey
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°. Slice a thin layer off of the top of the Brie (or score a few cuts with a knife).
Place in an oven safe pan, sprinkle the top with the fresh thyme and pepper. Drizzle with the honey, bake for 15-20 minutes
Serve warm with crackers, baguette slices and sliced pear.
