It’s all about peaches 🍑

Ingredients

Peach Crumble Muffins

• 2 2/3 cup flour

• 1 tsp baking soda

• pinch of salt

• 1 tsp ground nutmeg

• 1 cup brown sugar

• 1 cup buttermilk

• 1/2 cup canola or coconut oil

• 2 eggs

• 1 tsp almond extract

• 1 1/2 cups diced peaches

• 1/4 cup brown sugar

• 1/4 cup slivered almonds

• 1/4 cup rolled oats

• 1 tbsp butter

Peach Clafoutis

• 3 peaches, sliced

• 3 eggs

• 1/3 cup sugar

• pinch of nutmeg

• 1/3 cup flour

• 1 tsp vanilla

• 3/4 cup milk (I used buttermilk which adds a little tanginess)

• 2 tbsp melted butter

• 1/4 cup sliced almonds (optional)
