Korean Inspired Chicken Thighs

If you can find gochujang paste to use that's great, but I also give a substitute to use instead.
Ingredients

2 tbsp gochujang paste
(or substitute 1 tbsp white miso paste, 1 tbsp sriracha and 1 tsp sugar)

1/8 tsp cayenne

1/8 tsp smoked paprika

2 1/2 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp tamari

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 garlic clove minced
-
1 tbsp grated ginger
-
1/4 tsp salt
-
1/4 tsp pepper

8 chicken thighs
-
toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish
Directions
Combine the marinade ingredients and toss with the chicken. Let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours
Remove from the marinade and grill for about 5-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
If you would rather bake them, preheat the oven to 425° and bake for about 17-18 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165°.
