Economical, easy and quick with leftover chicken!

Ingredients

olive oil
-
1 cup diced onion

½ red pepper, chopped

2 cups diced cooked chicken
-
1 jar Butter Masala Sauce
-
½ cup water
-
cilantro, chopped
-
cooked basmati rice
Directions
Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions and peppers. Cook until the onions and peppers are soft. Add the diced chicken, jar of sauce and water. Simmer until the sauce thickens a bit.
Serve over cooked rice, garnish with cilantro.
