1/2 c butter

1 1/2 c sugar

4 eggs

2 tsp vanilla

2/3 c cocoa powder

1 c flour

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1/4 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 c dark chocolate, chopped (I used Ludwig's Drinking Chocolate)

1/4c whipping cream
Ganache Topping
Directions
Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper. Melt butter, cool slightly, then add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Stir to combine. Mix dry ingredients together, stir into butter mixture, spread into pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Let cool.
Ganache Topping
Heat cream until hot (not boiling), add chocolate stir until smooth. Spread over brownies. Top with 1/4c toasted pine nuts.
