This is a great help yourself kind of meal. Much of the platter has been created with off-the-shelf and out-of-the-deli products from Foodsmiths, cutting down on prep time!
Ingredients

1 lb chicken, cut into strips

Al'fez Shawarma marinade (in our Grocery department)

sliced peppers
-
cut onion
-
Olives
-
Artichoke Hearts

Stuffed Peppers (from our Deli department)

Stuffed Grape Leaves (from our Deli department)

Hummus
-
Tzatziki
-
Pita bread
Chicken Shawarma Strips

Directions
Chicken Shawarma Strips
Combine the chicken and marinade. Refrigerate and allow to marinate for a few hours.
Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Grilled Vegetables
Skewer vegetables
Brush with oil, grill until cooked to desired doneness. Remove from skewers.
Arrange all ingredients on a platter, including the accompaniments. Place dips in bowls. Enjoy!
