No Bake Snack Bars (or balls)

I used almonds and chocolate chips in this recipe, but you can sub in raisins or cranberries for the chips and sunflower seeds for the almonds, just keep the amounts the same. And if you prefer honey to maple syrup, that's fine as well.
Ingredients

1 ¾ c rolled oats

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp sea salt

1 c slivered almonds

½ c unsalted pumpkin seeds

¼ c shredded coconut

¼ c mini chocolate chips

1 c almond butter
-
½ c maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Place rolled oat, almonds and pumpkin seeds in a food processor. Pulse until they are finer, but not too much. Add to a large bowl, add the salt, coconut and chocolate chips. Mix well.
Combine the almond butter, maple syrup and vanilla. Stir into the oat mixture until well combined. Place in a 9" pan lined with parchment paper. Press down firmly.
Cover and refrigerate until firm. Slice and enjoy! You can also make these into balls, about 2 tbsp in size.
