1 bag Supreme Pierogies

Hewitts Sour Cream for serving

3 sweet carrots

1 yellow onion

1 bunch of broccoli

Olive oil

Salt and Pepper
Directions
Cook the Supreme Pierogies according to the package directions.
Chop the vegetables, drizzle with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
Roast at 400° for 18-20 minutes.
Serve the roasted vegetables with the Pierogies and a dollop of sour cream.
