8 chicken tenders (or thinly sliced or cubed chicken breast)
salt and pepper
3 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp dijon mustard
1 garlic clove minced
1/2 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped (use any other herb that you have or like)
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Mix the remaining ingredients together and toss with the chicken.
Grill until cooked through, approximately 8-12 minutes.
