Salted Caramel Chocolate Chaffle
This Salted Caramel Chocolate Chaffle is a new family favourite. This mini chaffle cake tastes just like a chocolate cake, and it is keto friendly. Easy and quick to make, your family will thank you for adding this to your recipe book.
1 1/2 TBSP Unsweetened Cocoa
2 TBSP Lakanto Monkfruit (or your choice of sweetener)
1 TBSP Heavy Cream 35%
1 tsp Coconut Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Sugar Free Vanilla
1 TBSP ProSpread Salted Caramel Spread
1/2 TBSP ProSpread White Chocolate
Preheat mini waffle maker.
In a small bowl, combine all chaffle ingredients, but wait to add the spread until its done cooking.
Pour half of the chaffle mixture into the center of the waffle iron. Allow to cook for 3-5 minutes.
Carefully remove and repeat for the second chaffle. Allow chaffles to site for a few minutes so that they crisp up.
Layer with ProSpread inbetween the chaffles.
* optional: add peanuts to the layers or on top or replace the ProSpread with keto friendly whipped cream.
