Smoked Duck Breast Flatbreads
This is a quick, easy meal that has become one of our favourites. Add a
tossed salad and you've got a very tasty meal. I have also made this on a
pizza dough, and have added a smoky barbecue pizza sauce for a change
up. You can also serve sliced for a casual finger food appetizer.
1 pkg. naan bread (our local Rinags garlic naan is perfect)
grated Havarti cheese
thinly sliced red onion
1 Seed to Sausage smoked duck breast, thinly sliced
arugula, roughly chopped or torn
balsamic glaze (my favourite is the Nonna Pia's)
Preheat your oven to 375°, top the naan with the grated cheese, onion, then sliced duck breast.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until crisp on the bottom and the cheese is melted. Remove and top with the chopped arugula and drizzle with the balsamic glaze.
