For a night when you are craving takeout but can make something just as tasty at home! Serve with rice and sautéed vegetables. I used what I had in my fridge, but bok choy or broccoli would be nice choices.

Ingredients

½ c nutritional yeast

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp tamari

1 tbsp sriracha

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 pkg. extra firm tofu, broken into bite size pieces

1 tbsp oil
Directions
Combine first six ingredients in a bowl. Add tofu and toss to coat.
Heat the oil, add the tofu and cook for about 8 minutes.
Recipe Note
For meat lovers, substitute cubed, cooked chicken for the tofu.
