Foodsmiths Recipes — raspberries RSS

A very summery dessert, tart and sweet, featuring my new favourite crust: crushed Tate's Bakery Coconut Crisp cookies. I think the light coloured coconut and bright red raspberries would also make a perfect Canada Day dessert.

A simple custard tart, but the tartness of the berries and the creamy custard were a real punch of flavour. Tasted just as good for the next 2 nights.

Light, lemony dessert with a raspberry surprise at the bottom. Bakes like a cake on top with a pudding texture at the bottom.
