PART ONE... Meet Forage Hyperfoods
Jon & Chanel are passionate about their functional mushrooms.
Coming from a background of using functional mushrooms in their own health and wellness routine, they were concerned to find the mushroom products they were consuming were often sourced from China and Russia, and did not contain the fruiting mushroom body.
Knowing they could do better with the abundant natural supply in Canadian forests, the couple pushed up their sleeves, and developed a transparent and sustainable supply chain for their range of products.
Forage Hyperfoods processes their carefully selected mushrooms in their Health Canada licensed facility in Carleton Place, Ontario.
