This Chicken Mozzarella Bake is cheesy, savory, and flavorful. Just pop this gluten-free chicken dinner into the oven, and 35 minutes later you've got yourself a perfect keto dish!
Ingredients

2 pounds chicken breasts or 6 chicken thighs

2 cloves crushed colossal fresh garlic

1 tsp peppercorn (ground)

2 tsp Italian seasoning

1 jar of Paese Mio Marinara sauce

2 cups Maple Dale Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
Grease 9x13 baking dish.
Place the chicken in bottom of pan.
Season with seasonings 2/3 - save 1/3.
Spread the sauce over top of the chicken covering it.
Top with mozzarella cheese.
Add the rest of the seasoning.
Bake at 400 for 25-40mins (chicken temp should be 165.
Serve over top spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles.
