Spoon up some of this sumptous easy going supper. Even kids like it.
Ingredients

1 pound sausage or ground pork, chicken, turkey or beef

7 cups Patchwork Gardens coleslaw mix

2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos

1 tbsp ground ginger

1/2 cup green onions

Optional: 1 tsp - 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
Directions
If using sausage, cook until crumbling and cooked through. If using your choice of ground meat, cook until cooked through. If using cubed tofu, cook according to your preference.
Stir in coleslaw mix, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and stir. Cook until coleslaw softens, about 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve topped with sliced green onions and drizzle with more soy sauce (or coconut amino).
Recipe Note
You can cook your choice of meat with avocado oil or in bacon grease to up your fats, or make it meat free by adding tofu or additional veggies.
