Pesto Pasta Salad

Toasted pine nuts are a nice addition right before serving.

Ingredients

2 c pasta (I used bow tie but whatever shape you like)

1/2 c pesto (add more if needed to coat the pasta)

2-3 sliced green onions

1 1/2 c chopped spinach

2 c chopped tomatoes

1/2- 3/4 c crumbled feta

1/4 c chopped fresh basil

salt and pepper

olive oil
Directions
Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and toss with olive oil and half of the pesto. Let it cool slightly.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl, add the pasta and the rest of the pesto. Stir to combine. Drizzle with a little more olive oil and serve.
