Greek Flavours: Chicken Souvlaki Skewers

Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" cubes

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tsp each dried basil and oregano

½ tsp dried thyme

salt and pepper
Directions
Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl, add chicken and stir to coat.
Refrigerate covered for at least one hour. Place on skewers, grill until cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Serve with Tzatziki.
