A simple and succulent late summer supper that we ate al fresco. Have you tried our organic avocados? They may cost a little more but they are so good. I have been buying them for the past month and the creaminess and quality have been amazing.
One of our favourites is broccoli salad. It goes with so many summer meals. Grilled chicken or steak, shrimp or with grilled corn and chicken quesadillas which is what we enjoyed a couple of nights ago.
With warmer weather here pasta salad is a nice dinner option. Served along with grilled chicken, steak, shrimp or tofu it makes a quick meal. Leftovers are great for lunch.
