Spanish Meal: Shrimp on the Grill (Gambas a la Parrilla)
1 bag Shrimp thawed, leave shells and tails on
1/4 cup olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
Toss shrimp in oil and lemon juice mixture. Remove and grill over high heat about 2 min per side.
Serve with a lemon wedge.
