Upside-Down Strawberry Tarts are an easy-to-make dessert that combines the flakiness of puff pastry with the rich sweetness of honey and fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

1 tsp honey per tart

6 slices of strawberries per tart

Directions
Puff Pastry Tarts
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Spread the honey into a rectangular shape.
Top with the sliced strawberries.
Cut the puff pastry into rectangles slightly bigger than the berries.
Place on top to cover the berries.
Use a fork to crimp the edges onto the parchment paper.
Brush with a beaten egg.
Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes.
Use a spatula to loosen and then flip the tarts over onto a serving platter.
Sprinkle with toasted almonds,dust with icing sugar or drizzle with icing.
