Christmas appetizer - fun to make and fun to eat!

These tarts are caramelized, but are not too sweet. 

This easy to make, versatile appetizer is also very pretty on the plate. I've pictured them before and after baking.

Apple season is such a versatile time of year. Add apple to a salad, use some in a squash and apple soup, or bake up apple pies, muffins or this special apple strudel. Using puff pastry (from our freezer section) makes this a quick and easy dessert.
