Zucchini Corn Pizza
1/3 cup pesto
1 medium onion thinly sliced and sauteed
1 zucchini thinly sliced
1 cup corn
1 1/2 cup grated cheese (I used cheddar)
Roll pizza dough, place on pan. Top with pesto, cheese, onion, zucchini and corn.
Bake at 450 degrees about 15 - 20 minutes.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
I also added sliced left over chicken.
